FROM OUR FARM
Cherries are harvested at 70%+ ripeness in our partner regions. At The Espresso Farm they are sorted again by optical colour sorter and float tank, so only 100% ripe cherries go into processing.
Coffee is sun-dried on raised beds inside greenhouses, with temperature, humidity and fermentation controlled for each processing method, for stable quality and fully developed specialty flavour.
GROWING REGIONS
Each region brings its own varieties, growing conditions and flavour. We select raw material by quality target and the character of each lot.

LOT QUALITY RECORDS
Every lot comes with origin, processing, physical specifications and cupping results from actual records, so roasters can assess quality, predict roast potential and choose raw material for their profile, product and business goals.
Region, altitude, variety and harvest season.
Natural, Honey or Washed, cherry ripeness, fermentation and drying.
Moisture, screen size, density, defect rate, cupping score and taste notes.
Sample roasting on request, adjusting the profile for aroma, body and finish.
SUPPLY & EXPORT CAPACITY

Quotations depend on volume, packaging, incoterm (EXW / FOB) and order date. Prices exclude VAT, freight and other charges.
We prepare each export lot to a written specification, document it lot by lot and work with your freight forwarder or inspection company in Vietnam.
Buyers may appoint an independent inspection company of their choice to check quality, weight and condition at our warehouse before shipment.
Every lot ships with a quality report. Two sealed samples are drawn: one travels with the goods, one is retained by us for later reference.
Jute bags with inner liners or other packing as requested, including buyer-supplied bags. Contract and lot numbers marked on every bag.
Loading at our warehouse with a signed handover record of bags, net weight and lot number. Inland trucking to Ho Chi Minh City ports can be arranged for FOB shipments.
Commercial invoice, packing list and quality report from us. Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and other documents arranged for each destination.
For buyers in the European Union, we provide the geolocation of the farm plots behind each lot on request, to support EUDR due diligence.
Our standard bilingual sales contracts follow Incoterms® 2020 and set out specifications, inspection, documents and claims clearly. Ask us for the model contract that suits your shipment.

FAQ
It depends on the coffee and packaging. We supply from small specialty lots to container volumes; tell us your volume and we will advise the suitable option.
Yes. Samples are available on request for roasting, cupping and evaluation. Sample and courier costs are agreed per request.
Quotations are usually EXW (our warehouse). FOB can be quoted on request depending on volume and destination.
Jute bags for export lots, and vacuum packs or smaller bags for micro-lots. Packaging can be adjusted to your order.
Our production and packing operate under ISO 22000:2018 (roasting, green coffee and instant). Our lots have received the Vietnam specialty coffee award (Vietnam Amazing Cup) every year from 2022 to 2026. We work with buyers on Halal, GACC and other market-specific requirements.
